Section 3.8 says:

The procedure and guidelines for stopping test sessions is similar to
   that defined in Section 3.8 of OWAMP

It should say:

The procedure and guidelines for stopping test sessions is similar to
   that defined in Section 3.8 of OWAMP

Notes:

The displayed text is the same, but please fix the link so that it points to the respective section of RFC4656 instead of the current one.
